     Great location for a bike rental place. The staff speaks multiple languages (Spanish, Italian, English) and they are very friendly and modern. It was very easy to pick the bikes and to drop them off.

Price is good: we had to leave a small deposit of 10 EUR for a 24 EUR booking (4 bikes for 4 adults, 3h rentals). And we completed the payment next day when picked up the bikes. On pick-up, you need to leave a 50 EUR deposit OR a travel document so I left my National ID. They allow you try the bike before leaving. Recommended.

Yes, the price includes bike rental for the tour and the service of the English-speaking guide.

Is it a private tour?

No, it is an open tour, more people can book and join the activity. To request a private tour you can write to info@passionbike.net

Is the tour open to everyone?

Yes, the tour is suitable for all ages, as long as there are no health problems that prevent cycling.

When should we go to the meeting point?

We recommend that you arrive at the meeting point 10-15 minutes before the start of the activity.

What information is necessary for my booking to be complete?

The essential details are full name and contact telephone number with country code of a reference person in the booking, names and heights of all participants.

Do I need to book in advance?

Yes, it is always recommended to book in advance.

What if I already have my own bike?

No problem, you can email us at info@passionbike.net to let us know and you will receive a private link to book your tour with the discounted price of the bike.

Do I lose my reservation if I don't show up on the day of the tour?

If you do not show up on the day of the activity at the indicated time, or if you have not contacted us in advance to inform us of any delays or inconveniences, it is considered a “No Show” and no refunds will be made.

However, as long as we are notified in advance of any changes or problems, without affecting the proper departure of the tour, we can arrange new dates for the activity or make the corresponding total or partial refund according to the Cancellation Policy.

Can I request a different model of bike for the tour?

Yes, we have ebikes, cargo bikes and tandems available. To make the tour with any of these models of bicycle, just contact us at info@passionbike.net and we will inform you of the corresponding rates and how to make the reservation.

What age ranges are considered children and adults?

Children from 1 to 11 (both ages included), adults from 12 to 99 years old.
